About Andrea

I grew up in beautiful San Diego, California where each day included The Beatles’ White Album and views of the pacific ocean through car windows. I love to express myself through words, painting, drawing, and speaking. I am inclusive and want to help as many people as I can.

I earned my Bachelors in Psychology & Social Behavior along with a Masters in Higher Education Leadership. I conducted research about young women’s perception of leadership and how they can embrace their own leadership style. I have a background in facilitating conversations & workshops about social justice, equity, inclusion, and community care.

I am able to work with a variety of individuals and groups because I have the courage and compassion to see people as they are. Each person is enough, always enough. As a Life Coach, I am here to help them recognize that they are, in fact, more than enough.

You can find me across a coffee table connecting one-on-one with a person. I can be found facilitating a conversation with a group as small as 3 people to as large as 30. I can be found presenting to an audience of 150-600 individuals. Most importantly, you can find me being present with whoever I am with- including you.

I specialize in creating environments where individuals can explore their passions, talents, goals, and how they all intertwine to make you, you.

I support those in need of a confidence boost, a re-direction, or who need guidance in an area of their life. I am here to help you discover and develop yourself. I’ll be right with you along the way.

I am full-heartedly dedicated to the beauty and work that is building community. Community can start at the individual level or at the group level and I can meet you or your team there.

Communities I have coached range from college students, to midlife adults exploring career changes, to new professionals, to an engineering club at a high school.
