Having lived, studied, and worked across California, I’ve spent my life immersed in diverse, dynamic communities. While my background spans several vibrant regions, finding my calling as a coach didn't require searching far. It came from my lifelong desire to listen, support, and help others recognize their full potential.
Grounded in a Bachelor’s in Psychology & Social Behavior and a Master’s in Higher Education Leadership, my work is backed by formal academic research. I’ve studied how people perceive leadership, conducted research on how adults embrace their own authentic leadership styles, and facilitated dialogues on equity, inclusion, and community care.
Today, as a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, I bring that foundation to every coaching relationship—whether working 1-on-1, facilitating small groups, or guiding larger organizations to help people discover and develop who they are.
